The School of Business and Management

FAKE PROFESSOR JASON GRAY – THIS IS A SCAM

The School of Business and Management was created to develop high quality pedagogy and research and to launch a major expansion in business and management education within the University of London. It currently has 40 academic staff and more will be recruited during 2009/10.

In the School we strive to unearth the connections between economic, social, political and cultural life and modern business and management forms. We are a distinctive School, proud of having developed an inter-disciplinary analysis of business and management which both reflects the diverse range of humanities and social science backgrounds of our global staff and stresses world class scholarship.

Our emphasis on the interconnected nature of business management and society often leads us to ask questions that are not traditionally considered to be within the remit of a business school. We believe that this interconnected approach is central to the scholarship and teaching that needs to take place in a modern business school. Our distinctive academic culture with its focus on inter-disciplinary links and the incorporation of scholars from multi-disciplinary backgrounds makes the School of Business and Management ideally suited to take up the challenge of addressing the complex and important issues of the future.

The pursuit of this strategy has been very successful. The School entered the Research Assessment Exercise for the first time in 2008 and its outstanding success was one of the notable achievements of the Exercise, ranking alongside more established business schools such as Cass. The College as a whole is currently deemed to be one of the top fifteen research Universities in the UK.
