Sadhvi is Lecturer in Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Ethics at the School of Business and Management at Queen Mary, University of London.

She joined the School in September 2007. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Brunel University and a PhD in Management Studies from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. She received a full ESRC scholarship for her doctoral work.
