Maxine is Research Director for the School of Business & Management. Maxine joined Warwick Business School as a Research Fellow in 1994 following completion of a BSc (1st class) in Management Science and an MA Industrial Relations at Warwick Business School. Maxine was awarded a PhD in 1999 and became a Senior Lecturer in Organizational Behaviour at Warwick Business School in 2002. Prior to joining Queen Mary, Maxine was Professor of Innovation and Organising at Coventry University.
