Module overview

This module will be introduced as a elective module for two Masters programmes a) Management & Organisational Innovation and b) Human Resources Management. This module complements the existing suite of modules by offering MSc students more specialised content from an OB perspective - the module focuses chiefly on how to manage people in times of organizational transformation and development.  It draws on psychological / organizational behaviour research useful to HR professionals, as well as to those interested in how to leverage on interpersonal dynamics in organizations in order to foster transformation and ultimately, innovation. This type of content complements well other MSc modules offering a more macro-level perspective on organizations.
